I always send gifts from this website, coz its reliable and i always get reply if i have any concern unlike other providers to send gifts to PK. Last time there was a confusion in item i ordered and the one it was deliverd but i am so glad that the same day they send another gift and offcource i didnt paid for that extra gift coz they only wanted to make us feel good by delivering the best order. That day , it was assured to me that to them quality and customer service is a priority. Highly recommend Pk gifts.
I got the email saying they cannot deliver on 10/1/17 and therefore I can choose to deliver on 9/30/17 which i did send them 4 emails confirming that. They do not answer any of the phones listed and never got a single reply on the email. I will never order from them. They never delivered on 9/30/17. Finally when I got hold of them they said they will deliver it on 10/3/17. It not worth paying the premium amount which is more than double what it actually cost. I did that for a surprise birthday gift to which i was surprise by awful customer service. Never again!!!! you lost a customer who buys 5-6 times a year.
